Message from the Consul General

Dear citizens,

Our Egyptian friends,

I have started my duty as the Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in Alexandria as of 15 December 2021. I am happy and proud to serve you, our esteemed citizens, in our Consulate General, which became operational in 1925.

As it is known, the duty area of ​​our Consulate General includes the provinces of Kafrü'ş-Sheikh, Buheyre, Dimyat, Matruh, Dekahliye, Garbiya and Minufiye, as well as Alexandria.

In my term of office, as a continuation of the valuable services of my predecessors, I will continue to make efforts so that our citizens and Egyptian friends can benefit from consular and visa services in the most efficient and rapid manner. I will endeavor to develop relations between our country and our region in the fields of economy, commerce, cultural, education and tourism, to promote and represent our country in the best way, to strengthen the friendship between our peoples and to improve our relations with local authorities. Together with our colleagues at the Consulate General, we will pursue the aim of providing the best possible support to our investors and Turkish companies and business circles located in our area of ​​duty.

Our doors will always be open to you. We hope that you will consider our Consulate General located in Alexandria, a beautiful and modest port city that reflects the warmth of the Mediterranean and its people, as your home, and in this context, we hope that youwill embrace us as members of your extended family. Being with you will always be a source of pride and happiness for us.
